I've got an S50 with PSTN trunks. We're using Yealink T48G phones and we're dropping 3-4 calls per day at random lengths and random times. Can someone give advise as to how to troubleshoot this? Are there logs I can look at or download? (Please forgive my Yeastar ignorance)

What is the busy detection settings of your PSTN trunk? Did you change any default settings? Try change the busy count and see if that would help.
Note: Change the busy count to higher value would cause PBX to take more time to detect the busy tone.
You might see if you can get the folks who experienced the issue to see if there is a common thread when the call dropped. Oscar's comment jostled my memory with a different PBX where when a call was established with a NEC Serv PBX and the person at the NEC put the call on-hold, the NEC sent out a repetitive tone to let the caller know they were still on-hold. Apparently, the tone was close enough to a busy tone, that the PBX interpreted it as a disconnect signal and hung-up the call. In this case, the count would not have mattered, but the tone or interval ....possibly so.
