My company is using two units of MyPBX U100 and one MyPBX U520. Whenever an outside caller makes a call, he hears two rings first before the IVR is initiated.
QUESTION: Is there a way to make it only one ring before the IVR is activated??

May I know what kind of trunk you are using? I believe it is PSTN, right?
If so, the PSTN line need to detect the caller ID so normally it takes one or two rings before the IVR is initiated.
If you are using E1 trunk, you should not have this issue.
Try disable the caller ID detection of the PSTN trunk and see if that help. If that help, then it is caused by the caller ID detection.
I think switch the PSTN trunk to SIP trunk would fix this.

Just for your information, if you disable Caller ID function, when there is an incoming call from the PSTN trunk, you will not be able to see the Caller ID. Make sure you don't need this feature, then this is a good solution :)
A good solution indeed, Sir Oscar. As of the moment, we won't be needing the caller ID function in our office and most probably won't be needing it anytime soon. :-)
