Did you do anything(updating firmware, change settings and so on) recently?
Do you use SIP trunk or PSTN or other trunks for the incoming calls?
This is happening to me also with a S20. But in my case calls last for about 28 seconds.
Can you guys provide some pcap logs so the community can help to troubleshooting.

Also CLI logs is welcome.
How can I attach the PCAP file?
The issue was resolved after I made a couple of things. I'm not sure which of the two was the remedial one. First I included the G.729A codec for SIP and Trunk Line. After that I tested and still had the issue. Then I rebooted the ISP router and the issue was solved. Anyway, I have a PCAP file prior to the solution.
You can try sendspace and post the download link here for the pcap log file
The problem is happening again.
Hi All,
Was there a resolution for your issue?
Hi Eduardo. The files are missing from Dropbox. When you go to Maintenance - Troubleshooting - PCAP, or on the U series, under Reports - System logs, capture off all interfaces (or if you are given a choice, use the WAN interface) and ***do not enter anything in the port/IP boxes***, so it captures everything.
If you are only able to capture off the WAN port (S series it is possible to capture on both ports), try to get a capture off one of the phones directly from its web interface at the same time (for example, if ext 100 is in a ring group that is a destination of the inbound route), get that also so we can see:
1. How the PBX is communicating with the SIP server
2. How the PBX is communicating with the endpoint.
