I am looking for a solution, where I can connect a Siemens Gigaset VoIP DECT station directly to a GSM gateway - so that the gateway can act as a SIP server (but also can be configured to be be used with e.g. FreePBX).
Can anyone tell me, if the TG100/200 is capable of doing this

I think the TG series can't act as a SIP server.
But for your case, I think you can try connect the Siemens Gigaset VoIP DECT to your PBX first (FreePBX or other brand) then interconnect the TG 100/200 to your PBX. So your PBX act as a SIP server and the TG100/200 still act as a gateway.

TG100 generate 2 sip account by default 20001/pincode20001 and 20002/pincode20002.
The default IP-To-Mobile is ready to route IP to GSM.

Could you please continue with the solution for configuiring TG100 as SIP server. What shall be the Settings in Gigaset IP Phone to recognise the TG100.
