How configure remote extention to Elastix behind a router with two WAN addresses?

Hello dear team and memders!

I have a router TP-Link Archer MR200 is bonded PBX Elastix. This router is connected to a external ISP with static WAN IP and a SIM card for mobile internet as a backup if break ISP.

The problem is with the remote extensions that are connected successfully with the PBX with a static IP Internet provider. But when internet interrupt and join the mobile Internet is changing IP address and remote exrensions can not connect to the PBX.
Please give me advice on how to set up the router, PBX and external number.

  Do you mean register from Yeastar PBX to elastix's extension as a SIP trunk? or do you mean register from IP phone to elastix's extension?

  If it is IP phone, I think most SIP phones supports for two or more SIP server, you can try setup the second public IP address as the second SIP server;

  If it is Yeastar PBX, I think the best way is setup two SIP trunks, with the two IP address of the Elastix as two SIP server. Then when you setup inbound, outbound routes, choose both SIP trunks.
