Which country are you in? What is the hardware version of the PBX?
I heard from my Yeastar support representative that some countries, OpenVPN is not allowed to be embedded into the devices, so the OpenVPN feature might be removed.

Anton, unfortunately, it is Russia that couldn't embedded OpenVPN and SSL/TLS such kind of things into the devices when you import the devices from outside of your country. I would suggest you to contact with your devices provider and double check with them if that is true and check if they can provide you a solution.

Hi Anton,
As I know Yeastar do allow people to install the App by uploading the App installation package, but as you are using the hardware which is not allowed to use OpenVPN App, I guess you will not be able to use OpenVPN in your S Series PBX.
You may need to setup VPN network using routers and connect the S Series PBX in the VPN network.
