Number of Rings Before Pickup

Hello

We use the Neogate TA410 to link some old analog lines to our 3cx pbx

 

I'm looking for a way to reduce the amounts of rings before the Neogate TA410 picks up and forward the call to the 3cx pbx. I can not find the setting and this is also not mentioned in the manual

 

At this moment the Neogate TA410 takes 4 rings to forward the call to the pbx.

 

Preferable it needs to be 1 ring

 

any thoughts?

  after chatting wit support the ring time is due to the fact it was trying to discover the caller ID. I have switch of caller id detection and now it forwards almost directly (edit FXO, tab advanced)

  Thank You for the Perfect Reply.

  I have S20 for FXO card and i had the same issue. after removing Caller ID detection the ippbx answers the call in 1 ring.
