Calls not going to IVR

We have setup a Afterhours IVR with a custom message.  "Dail 1 for sales, 2 for support etc"

We have 5 FXO for 5 analogue lines with call hunting on the lines. All inbound calls afterhours must go to the IVR.

For some reason we cannot get this to work on the S20, S50 

Please help.
