S20 Queue Issue

Hell,

I have a S20 configuered, and set up a Queue (Nr. 1000)

I have one static member in the Queue. 

This Extension rings, if a Call I coming. Everything works fine.

No I want to have a second Agent to log in with 1000*, I receive a message, that  the agent loved in correctly, but the Extension doesn't ring.

There is a error in the Administrators Guide at this point. There would be talked about static and dynamic Agents, but the field ist only for static Agents.

 

How can I resolve this error?
