Hello,
I'm looking for the field in the SIP trunk for the Caller ID, I do not find it?

Someone tell me the procedure for the Caller ID?

S50   FW: 30.3.0.17

 

To select the name displayed by the trunk on outgoing calls

  For the caller ID number, I think you can try setup the DOD field, but I am afraid the Caller ID name is not supported.

  This option gives no positive results.

  I do not understand that the Caller ID is not supported in this version of PBX? There is an explanation?

  Hi,

  A new update is out 30.4.0.6 , but still not the option to add a Caller ID Name in a SIP Trunk.

  Is it possible to have this update for soon? Because I do not sell yeastar PBX without this option.

   Hello Billy Can I know if you want to set the caller ID name at SIP trunk page based on extension or the caller ID name is a global one? In addition, this feature works when SIP provider support it at the same time, can you help to confirm that? At last, can I know if you have any other device that supports this feature? Can you tell me the brand and model? I'd like to collect full information then deliver it to wish list of our requirement system.

  This option is currently available in Yeastar PBX SOHO. Old Model 

  Yes I wish to be able to put a global name for each outgoing call, my provider allows it.

  It is this option that I wish back in the SIP Trunk options in the new S-Series PBX

  To have a Global name instead of the extension name.

  Can someone tell me if it will be available soon by update?

  I would suggest you to submit a ticket and ask help from Yeastar Support Team directly.

  PS: I am not an employee of Yeastar, though I sell and like Yeastar products.
