I've tried to use the configurations via https enabling the feature on General preferences panel, the configurations is ok but now the SIP extensions are KO (SIP extension can't hear the other party), has anyone encountered the same behavior?
What I wrong?

What is the firmware version of your N412?
Do you mean the problem happen as soon as you enable https?
Does the problem happen between internal calls(extensions registered in the same local network with N412)?
I tested this with firmware version 45.14.0.23 with two internal SIP extensions, I didn't have any problems after enable https.

I confirm that I'm using the same version of firmware that you are using.
I've checked the issue when a SIP extension use the external BRI trunk on incoming or outgoing call is the same, the only one SIP extension (Gigaset DA810) can't hear the other party.
I haven't check if the analogue extensions have the same behavior. As you saw the issue appear immediately after the activation of https feature
