Add for "AutoCLIP routes" some new Record Keep Time values

I`d like to use AutoCLIP routes feature. But the smallest time to Keep Record (settings is called Record Kepp Time) is 8 hours.

Please, add values:

15 min, 30 min, 1 hour, 4 hour

Thanks in advance.

And small question - what happen if No answer - then should return back to receptionist not other rules run.
