Anyone knows if is it possible to play a custom message when an extension answers to a call?
I mean: ivr gives the caller some options and when an operator answers the call, before the conversation starts, he listen to a custom message saying which selection the caller has made.

Giulio, Yeastar supports for distinctive caller ID, I think in your case, we can use multiple levels of IVR and enable distinctive caller ID feature. After that, the name of the IVR will be displayed on the IP phone before operators answer the call.
In above example, we route the incoming calls to IVR 6500 and setup 6500's key 1 event to another IVR 6501, 6500's key 2 event to 6502. So when there is an coming call, people will hear an voice prompt first (press 1 for company 1, press 2 for company 2), after people make the choice, they can get another prompt (please dial extension directly for example), then they can dial extension directly, when target extension rings, the name of the IVR(6501 which attached to key 1, 6502 which attached to key 2) will be display on the IP phone;
I think this might be another option to identify which selection the caller has made. Hope this make sense. :)
