Registration Issue

We have a U500 which has been working well. Out of nowhere, the Voip Trunks configured on it disappeared. When checking Trunk status, we get a message :"no SIP Trunks Defined".

Sip Trunks are still in config.

Have restored previous config, SIP trunks show as registered and reachable on status page, Handsets also show as registered but no inbound/outbound calls.

Inbound/outbound routes configured correctly.

 

Have also tried restoring to factory and starting fresh, issue persists.

 

We haven't made any config changes. Problem seems to have manifested overnight.
