Forward to external inbound calls

Hi all,

I've this scenario on mayor part of my customer, Inbound route send the incoming call to ring group first then after some seconds on a queue during Business hours, during NON Business hours on a Voicemail, is this possible that one extension of the ring group forward to an external number (for example to a mobile phone) the incoming calls?

I'd already requested this feature in the past but at this moment seems that  there isn't nothing like this.
