Maybe the PBX can accept the log-out request from the dynamic agent extension only?
Queue manager should still have the rights to log in or log out dynamic agent
Queue manager can log in and log out the agent via the queue panel.
Yes I know that but with the mecanism Hamid is asking for, Manager does still have the rights to Pause/Log Out/Log In
