CALLERD ID IN OPERATOR PANEL

HI, it would be useful, that in the OP, if a number, that is in company contacts, call in, the operator panel show the name saved in company contact.

Now, it display only the number, 

If the telephone operator is assigned to sort the calls but is not part of the queues, and has the task only of sorting the calls from the operator panel, he has no evidence if the number is a known number as it is present in company contacts.
