The Linkus client shows the error "Failed to connect server".
The issue is normally a network issue that the TCP port 8011 has not been configured for the port mapping.
You can use the Telnet tool on the computer to test the if the port mapping has been configured well or not.
Enter the CMD tool and input command:
telnet X.X.X.X 8111
Here we assume your external port is 8111. And X.X.X.X is the public IP of your PBX.
If port mapping working, it would show like the following figure:
If port mapping is failed, the error would like the following figure:
Let your IT guy check the port mapping again for the TCP port 8111.
