GSM Call Failure – Yeastar Support

Symptom

You could make not make or receive calls from the GSM trunk. Call does not reached to the call party.

1. GSM call theory. Go to the first chapter to get basic understanding of the function. GSM Call Flow

2. GSM trunk registration. Check if your GSM trunk is registered or not.

3. Route settings. Check your inbound route or Mobile to IP route settings.

4. Blacklist. Check if the caller number is in the blacklist menu.

5. Number. Check you have dialed the correct number.

6. Contact carrier. Contact carrier support to see what happened.

3. SIM card balance. Check if your SIM card own enough balance.

4. Route settings. Check your outbound route or IP to Mobile route settings.

5. Blacklist. Check if your dialed number is in the blacklist menu.

6. Outbound switch (For GSM gateway). Check if the switch has been turned on.

7. Number format. Check if your dialed number is acceptable for the carrier. Like number length, prefix, country code, digits and so on.

8. Contact carrier. Contact carrier support to see what happened.
