Step5:
(1)Go to the directory /etc/asterisk and there are a file extensions.conf
You can executive the command:
vi /etc/asterisk/extensions.conf

you need to find the IVR. Suppose that i have set up an IVR named”welcome”as shown in the picture and then try to use” /welcome”

Copy the file under the context[voicemenu-custom-welcome] as shown in the picture.

Enter”Esc””;””wq” to quit

(2)Then input the commands:
cd /persistent/var/lib/asterisk/db/custom-cfg
vi extensions_custom.conf

Add the lines according to the step 5(1):
[voicemenu-custom-welcome]
exten = 660,1,NoOp(welcome)
exten = 660,n,Set(CDR(orgdst)=660-ivr)
exten = 660,n,Background(record/default)
exten = 660,n,WaitExten(3)
exten = 660,n,Background(record/default)
exten = 660,n,WaitExten(3)
exten = 660,n,Background(record/default)
exten = 660,n,WaitExten(3)
exten = t,1,NoOp(do..)
exten = i,1,NoOp(do..)
exten = fax,1,Goto(detect-fax-to-email,s,1)

Noticed: it needs to add them
exten = 660,n,Answer
exten = 660,n,Playtones(ring)
exten = 660,n,WaitExten(20)
exten = 660,n,StopPlaytones
The total is shown in the below:
[voicemenu-custom-welcome]
exten = 660,1,NoOp(welcome)
exten = 660,n,Set(CDR(orgdst)=660-ivr)
exten = 660,n,Answer
exten = 660,n,Playtones(ring)
exten = 660,n,WaitExten(20)
exten = 660,n,StopPlaytones
exten = 660,n,Background(record/default)
exten = 660,n,WaitExten(3)
exten = 660,n,Background(record/default)
exten = 660,n,WaitExten(3)
exten = 660,n,Background(record/default)
exten = 660,n,WaitExten(3)
exten = t,1,NoOp(do..)
