To provide better technical support service, we are pleased to inform you that our technical support team(China office) working hours will change from 8:30-18:00, Monday-Friday in GMT+8 time zone to 9:00-22:00 Monday-Friday in GMT+8 time zone. Please kindly note that we have 1 hour lunch break from 12:00-13:00 and 1 hour dinner break from 18:00-19:00.

Yeastar US technical support team working hours is from 9:00-17:00, Monday-Friday in GMT-6 time zone.

If your matter is urgent, you can chat with us online or phone us during our working hours. Before that, we would suggest you to read this first: How to Get Yeastar Technical Support. If you leave us a message during our non-working hours, our system will create a ticket automatically. Our support agents will try their best to reply as soon as possible.
