How to Configure DDNS

Dynamic DNS or DDNS is a method of updating, in real time, a Domain Name System (DNS) to point to a changing IP address on the Internet. This is used to provide a persistent domain name for a resource that may change location on the network.
DDNS is usually configured on router. If your router couldn’t support this feature, we can set up DDNS on MyPBX.

The supported DDNS providers in MyPBX are:
dyndns.org
freedns.afraid.org
www.no-ip.com
www.zoneedit.com

Follow the steps below to set up DDNS:
Step1. Choose a DDNS service provider. See above supported providers.
Step2. Open a browser and navigate to the DDNS provider site.
Step3. Create an account with the chosen DDNS provider.
Step4. Set up the DDNS page and type in the account information create at Step3.
