How to Change Root Password of MyPBX

We can use the Linux command passwd to change root password of MyPBX.

Before we can login via SSH, please enable SSH on LAN settings page.

Step1 Login via putty.exe

The default username is root and the default password is ys123456

Step 2 use command passwd to change the root’s password

    Hello Nawir,

For S20, the username is support and the password is iyeastar

So it is not 'root' user now, but passwd is still available. You can use passwd to change the password for SSH 'support' user.

    Hi,

I am able to log in as support on my S100, however I have no access to most files/folders. Is there a sudo user still available or some way to have higher level access to browse the filesystem?

    Hello for all!

Cant login by ssh to new TG400w.

When I enable SSH it told the default password is "iyeastar".

But has "access denied". I tried logins: root, admin, support.

The device is new, just from the store.

    How to login?

    Thank you!
