As for technical issues, we suggest you seek help from the local dealer first.
In this way, you can get faster response and also communicate in your local language.
If you can't get response from the dealer in time, can’t find the dealer or the issue can’t be fixed, don’t hesitate to ask Yeastar support for help.

2.Send an Email
Send an email describing your issues to firstname.lastname@example.org. We will respond you within 24 hours.
3.Submit a Support Ticket
Tell us about the issue you are having in your support ticket. We will respond you within 24 hours.
If your issue requires immediate assistance, please chat with us online in Yeastar Support Portal.
If your issue requires immediate assistance, please call our number +1 (972) 914-4899 (US number) or +86 (592) 550-3309 (China Number).
If your issue requires remote assistance, please make sure your computer is prepared with TeamViewer 10. For Windows users, it can be downloaded from here: Click to download; For Mac users, download it here: Click to download. Then contact our support agents and tell them your TeamViewer ID and password.
Yeastar Support Portal is extremely useful to solve your issues. You can submit and resolve your issue in 3 ways:
1.Search for a Solution
Input the key word in Search field and press enter to search directly from Knowledge Base and Community.
Within seconds, you will have the search results.
If you cannot find a solution, you can also add a new post under Yeastar > Community > General Discussion and get help from Yeastar community.
2.Submit a Support Ticket
Click Submit a Ticket on right top of the page to submit your support ticket.
It will jump to a new page that you will need to fill your contact details and describe your problems.
If there are articles relate to your Subject, the suggested articles will pop up.
Please click the right bottom of the main page to start a chat.
After filling the basic information, you will be automatically assigned with an agent. Then chat through this window.
If we are not online, please leave us your message, we will get back to you as soon as possible.
For Feature Requests
We're interested in your ideas and we would love to hear your feature suggestion. If you have feature suggestion, visit Yeastar Community and add a new post. You can also comment on the requests and vote for them. You have to register an account by clicking Sign in on the right top of the main page.
Go to the COMMUNITY.
Click the + New post button.
Write down your feature request.
The topic should be selected as “Feature Requests”.
Please describe your requests and the use case in as much detail as possible.
We will collect the information you provided and reply you in time.

For Yeastar China office, we work from 9:00 AM - 22:00 PM in UTC+8, Monday to Friday, for Yeastar US office, we work from 9:00 AM - 17:00 PM in EST, Monday to Friday, but we will try our best to be available after these hours.
