Please check if administrator has enabled linkus permission for you.
Please try to reinstall linkus client.

5, How to disable incoming call outside office?
For s-series IPPBX, best way is to log out linkus within intranet.
For p-series IPPBX, disable accept push notifications, check settings in this link.

7, Why call drops after 32 seconds or isn't hangup automatically?
It's possible caused by inproper NAT settings in pbx, if NAT is enabled in PBX-General-SIP-NAT and the call happens in vpn network or peer trunk, please add vpn subnet and peer trunk IP subnet to local network identification in NAT settings.
8, How to download contacts saved in external server?
For s20 and s412 pbx model, only possible to add contacts manually on the phone, linkus will read and dial it with proper permission, for other pbx model(s-series and p-series), download contacts from other server and upload to pbx contact app, set view or manage permission for linkus user.
9, Why cannot dial numbers starts with + plus sign?
It's possible caused by inproper dialpattern in outbound route in PBX, please set dialpattern with +X. or only one dot in outbound route.
10, Why it tells a wrong number that is dialed?
It's possible caused by inproper dialpattern in outbound route in PBX, please check and modify dialpattern in outbound route to match dialed numbers.
11, Why is the extension name not displayed in linkus app?
With LCS, please check if there are two public IPs for pbx.
With port forward on router, please check if TCP 8111 port is well open in firewall, also try LCS to see if works.
