    Dear Support,

    For a few weeks now, I have seen that there is an overload of CPU usage in the S20. I also regularly receive phone calls that are forwarded, but I understand the other side or there is a delay in between, which makes the conversation faltering. They then call back 3 times but there is no improvement in the connection while I use fiber optics. What could be the problem?

    Dear Support,

    The tips on your site do not provide the support I had hoped for, so there is something else going on and you can help me. Why does the S20 give this message? All updates have been done but the log shows this. What do you propose now?
